  4. An interesting contrast we take for granted sometimes. It is almost as if two opposite forces were colliding: the other one will always be a force to be reckoned with. Will they have the chance to ever converge? or will they remain a strong dichotomy forever? UPN may seem like a place to resist the approach of that other place that seems to colonize and devore everything, yet can we not see the face of that we call "enemy" within our souls (within our four walls)?

  5. This is an interesting point of view of the university. It is not a secret that te university has created new dynamics around itself due to the varied contents that it has on it's inside.
Several things can be commented about the contrast between the univeristy and the financial center in Bogotá, but the principal one that it is evidente here, in the video, is the one of the speaking walls.
For so many years, the university has been a space where to express ideas and concepts through different artistic presentations, however, one of the most used, to me one of the most rebellious (even more tha the riots) is the use of street art, includding grafitti.
Althought most students' that create these visual designs are not aware of the current they are promoting, street art is a contemporary position in art. Several artists have created great works and pieces to express something or to call the atenttion upon something, I consider this one of the most valuable expressions that are created inside the univeristy and that most of the times can express and be controversial without physically damaging or hurting anybody.

There are tons of discussions surrounding this type of art, here you have a brief escription and example of it. https://artsandculture.google.com/project/street-art
Great to see this important feature of the university referenced here.
